Soldering involves applying heat to the damaged part of a ring, and this can be problematic when breakages are close to soft stones like opals and pearls that will be destroyed when exposed to these conditions. Laser repairs allow for incredibly accurate, focussed repairs to be performed close to delicate gemstones without the risk of ruining them. We are able to complete these repairs on-site.
