Watch Repairs and Servicing

If your watch stops running, it may be a simple case of requiring a new battery. You can bring it in store and we can often change it on-site, same day. Watches that require a reseal may take more time.

However, not all watches use batteries, and if they stop running it usually means they require a service. If you have concerns about your watch, if it is gaining or losing time for example, bring it into our shop and we will do our best to advise you on the best action to take. We are able to service watches, and always provide you with a free quote before carrying out any work.

If the inside of your watch has been exposed to water, get in touch with us as quickly as possible and we will let you know what you need to do next. Water on the inside of a watch is very problematic and if left for too long can cause irreparable damage, so it’s important not to leave it a long time before having it repaired.

High-end Watches

Watches are complex instruments with many small, intricate parts. High-end watches need regular servicing to keep them running smoothly. We service premium watches such as Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, Breitling, and many more. You will always be given a quote before we proceed with any work, allowing you to make an informed decision about whether you wish to proceed.

Fashion Watches

Premium watches are not the only type that we service; we understand you may have a watch that has sentimental value or that you love and want to continue to enjoy. If it stops running, bring it in to us and we will advise you on the steps we can take to repair it. We also have a selection of watch straps in store allowing you to refresh an old watch or replace a strap that is worn or damaged.
